摘要
深化农村集体产权制度改革,是深化农村改革的重要工作内容。农村资产清产核资能够理顺农村集体资产所有权关系,保护农村集体经济组织及其成员合法权益。加快农村集体资产监督管理平台建设,是深化集体产权制度改革的重要途经,政府应积极推进农村集体资产财务管理制度化、规范化、信息化。基于此,论文对农村集体资产清产核资方法、问题及建议展开论述。
Deepening the reform of rural collective property right system is an important part of deepening rural reform.The liquidation and verification of rural assets can straighten out the ownership relationship of rural collective assets and protect the legitimate rights and interests of rural collective economic organizations and their members.Speeding up the construction of rural collective assets supervision and management platform is an important way to deepen the reform of collective property rights system.The government should actively promote the institutionalization,standardization and informatization of rural collective assets financial management.Based on this,the paper discusses the methods,problems and suggestions of the clean-and-off of the collective assets in the rural areas.
