摘要
包装作为生产环节的最后一道工序,对产品质量及公司形象有着至关重要的影响。对于食用油的包装,以往工厂大多采用人工形式进行检测。随着企业生产水平的提高,机器视觉检测技术逐步代替了人工去完成这项繁重、枯燥的工作,而且其在可靠性及低成本方面也占有很大优势。机器视觉检测就是用机器代替人眼来做测量和判断,它在检测缺陷和防止缺陷产品流入市场方面具有不可估量的价值。本文结合目前机器视觉技术在食用油包装行业的应用,探讨了机器视觉技术的优势及其在食用油包装行业的发展展望。
Packaging,as the last process in the production of oil,has a crucial impact on product quality and corporateimage.In the past,the packaging of edible oils was mostly inspected manually.With the improvement of production automation level,machine vision technology has been applicated in inspection of edible oil packaging which is a heavy and dull work,because of its reliability and low-cost advantages.Machine vision uses machines to measure and judge instead of human eyes.It has immeasurable value in detecting defects and preventing defective products from entering the market.This paper discusses the advantages of machine vision technology and its development prospects in edible oil industry,based on its implication in edible oil packaging inspection.
