基于机器视觉检测的陀螺液浮组件平衡装置

摘要 浮子组件是液浮陀螺的关键组件,其平衡工序一直采用人工平衡法来完成,存在工序繁杂、无法定量配重、无平衡精度的准确数据等问题。为解决此问题,实现浮子组件平衡工序的定量化和自动化,采用基于LabVIEW的机器视觉技术非接触检测浮子组件平衡、定位配重和三位尺寸,采用传统PID算法对油液温度进行精确控制,开发了一套液浮组件平衡检测装置,提高了工艺装备自动化水平。 Gyroscopic float is the key component of fluid floated gyroscope,and its balance process has been relying on artificial balance method to complete, which exists some problems of process multifariously, unable to quantify additional weight and lack the accurate data of balanced accuracy. To solve this problem, realize quantification and automation in balance process, the machine vision detection technology based on LabVIEW is proposed to detect the float balance, locate the accurate weight and measure three-dimensional size without contact. The traditional PID algorithm is used to control the oil temperature precisely,and the equipment is developed to detecting the balance of floater module. Unquestionable,this equipment can improve the level of automation significantly.
