载荷方向对立式转子导轴承润滑性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Load Direction on Lubrication Performance of the Four-Pad Water-Lubricated Tilting Guide Bearing for Vertical Rotor

摘要 针对核主泵立式转子制造、安装、倾斜和不平衡导致的轴承载荷不确定性问题,以泵的可倾瓦导轴承为研究的目标对象,研究了载荷方向对导轴承静动特性的影响。通过数值模拟建立了定载荷方向、变轴承旋角的载荷方向转变思想;提出了基于热弹流动力润滑模型和载荷方向转变思想的润滑性能分析方法;揭示了不同载荷方向下轴承最大压力、最小膜厚、刚度和阻尼等性能参数的变化规律。计算结果表明:与典型的瓦间承载相比,轴承为典型的瓦面承载时,最小膜厚递减了26.2%,最大水膜压力递增了50%,功耗和温升变化不明显;载荷方向的主刚度和主阻尼分别递增了68.8%和44.3%,非载荷方向的主刚度和主阻尼分别递减了87.5%和71.1%,交叉刚度和交叉阻尼分别保持相等。该研究对立式转子导轴承的润滑性能设计具有一定的参考价值,在不确定载荷的情况下可按照瓦面承载方式进行润滑性能设计以确保安全可靠性。 The tilting-pad bearing of a core main pump is taken as a research object to numerically study the influence of the load direction on the static and dynamic characteristics of the bearing and to solve the uncertainty of bearing load caused by manufacture,installation,tilting and unbalance of the pump rotor.Numerical simulation is performed to establish the load direction transformation idea of invariable load direction and variable bearing angle.A lubrication performance analysis method is proposed based on the thermoelastic flow lubrication model and the load direction transformation idea.Change rules of the maximum pressure,minimum film thickness,stiffness and damping,as well as other performance parameters,of the bearing are revealed under different load directions.Calculation results and a comparison with a typical condition of loading between the pads show that when the bearing has a typical condition of loading on the pad surface,the minimum film thickness decreases by 26.2%,the maximum water film pressure increases by 50%,while the changes of power consumption and temperature rise are not obvious.The main stiffness and main damping in the load direction increase by 68.8%and 44.3%,respectively,and the main stiffness and main damping in the non-load direction reduce by 87.5%and 71.1%,respectively.The cross stiffness and cross damping remain steady.This research may provide a reference for the lubrication performance design of the bearing of vertical rotor.It is recommended that in the case of uncertain load,the lubrication performance can be designed according to the bearing mode of pad surface to ensure safety and reliability.
