摘要
建立多瓦可倾瓦径向滑动轴承热变形分析的数学模型,对比分析仅考虑弹性变形和同时计入弹性变形和热变形情况下多瓦可倾瓦径向滑动轴承的弹流润滑性能差异,分析轴瓦热变形对轴承弹流润滑性能的影响。结果表明,轴瓦热变形导致最小油膜厚度增大、最高瓦面温度下降,但对流体动压力的影响较小。将计入热变形的弹流模型计算结果与实验结果进行比较,基本验证了程序包的正确性。
A thermal distortion model for multi-tilting-pad journal bearing was established, and the differences of lubrication performances of the multi-tilting-pad journal bearings were comparatively analyzed based on the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication (TEHD) model with only considering the elastic deformation and with considering the elastic deforma- tion and the thermal distortion of pad face simultaneously. The influences of thermal distortion of pad face on lubrication state were analyzed. The numerical results indicate that the thermal distortion of pad face results in the increase of minimum film thickness and the decrease of pad face temperature, however a little change of the hydrodynamic pressure. The calculated results based on TEHD model with considering the thermal distortion of pad face was compared with the experimental data, the effectiveness of this calculation method was confirmed.
