摘要
变电站阀控铅酸蓄电池剩余容量是反映蓄电池性能的重要参数。在对比分析现有方法的基础上,提出了一种基于负载电流放电法的蓄电池组容量预估方法。通过对大量蓄电池放电数据分析筛查,拟合出电压下降速率和电压值的对应关系表,提出了利用蓄电池负载短时放电法的蓄电池容量预估递推法,据此开发了蓄电池在线容量和性能测试装置,给出了硬件实现方案及软件流程,并通过在220 kV变电站应用证明了该方法的可行性。
The residual capacity of valve-controlled lead-acid battery in substation is an important parameter to reflect the performance of the battery.Based on the comparison and analysis of the existing methods,a method of battery capacity estimation based on load current discharge method was proposed.Through the analysis and screening of a large number of battery discharge data,the corresponding tables of voltage drop rate and voltage value were fitted out,the capacity estimation recurrence method was proposed by load short time discharge method.The feasibility of this method is proved by the application of substation.
