摘要
随着当前科学技术以及社会经济的快速发展,医院已经实现了医疗改革.新医改过程中,尤其需要对档案管理工作加以改进和完善,促使档案管理工作能够符合实际需求,同时采取新技术、新方案提升档案管理质量和水平,进而使医院实现健康稳定地可持续发展.本文主要是对新医改下医院档案管理中存在的问题及对策进行研究,以供相关专业人士进行参考和借鉴.
With the rapid development of science and technology and social economy,hospitals have realized medical reform.In the process of new medical reform,it is especially necessary to improve and perfect the archives management to meet the actual needs,at the same time,new technology and new scheme are adopted to improve the quality and level of archives management,in order to make the hospital achieve healthy and stable sustainable development.This paper is mainly about the problems and countermeasures in the archives management of the hospital under the new medical reform,which can be used for reference and reference by the relevant professionals.
