摘要
目的分析新医改对医院药剂管理的影响,提出医院药剂管理的发展策略。方法成立医院药剂管理小组,对医院药剂管理的现状以及新医改对医院药剂管理的影响进行分析,总结医院药剂管理在新医改背景下的发展策略,继而分析运用医院药剂管理后的效果。结果运用医院药剂管理模式后,医疗质量从72.5%提升到93.7%;用药安全率从84.0%提升到98.1%;药品流通速率从85.5%提升到97.6%;对比医院药剂管理运用前的医疗质量、用药安全率、药品流通速率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新医改背景下,医院药剂管理质量得到大幅度提升。
Objective To analyze the impact of new health care reform for Hospital Pharmacy Management,put forward the development strategy of Hospital Pharmacy Management. Methods Founded Hospital Pharmacy management team Situation Hospital Pharmacy management and the impact of new health care reform on hospital pharmaceutical management was analyzed,summarized Hospital Pharmacy management at the new medical reform context of development strategies,and then analyzed the effect of Hospital Pharmacy Management. Results The use of hospital drug management,medical quality from 72.5% raised to 93.7%,medication safety rate increased from 84.0% to 98.1%,drug distribution rate increased from 85.5% to 97.6%. Compared medical quality of application before,the rate of drug safety,drug distribution rate were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Under the new health care reform background,hospital pharmaceutical management quality has been improved significantly.
