摘要
目的:探究采用针对性护理干预对老年高血压患者的影响.方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治老年高血压患者84例,分为两组各42例.对照组采用常规干预;试验组采用针对性护理.比较两组患者并发症发生率.结果:试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在老年高血压患者治疗中实施针对性护理干预,能够在很大程度上减小高血压并发症发生率.
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:84 elderly patients with hypertension were selected from May 2018 to May 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the experimental group used targeted care.The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients can greatly reduce the incidence of hypertension complications.
