摘要
目的:研究社区医院抗菌药物合理使用原则与控制要点.方法:抽取2016年8月-2019年5月社区医院门诊处方400份,对处方中抗菌药物使用回顾分析,指导抗菌药物使用原则,根据不合理使用抗菌药物原因提出控制要点.结果:不合理用药中重复用药5例(1.25%);超适应证用药21例(5.25%);配伍不合理3例(0.75%);用药剂量不合理18例(4.50%).社区医院常用抗菌药物是头孢克肟、阿奇霉素、头孢地尼与克林霉素磷酸酯等.结论:根据不合理使用抗菌药物问题规范性用药很重要,应确保药物使用具有重要性与合理性,为患者用药安全提供可靠保障.
Objective:To explore the principle of rational use and control points of antibiotics in community hospitals.Methods:From August 2016 to May 2019,400 outpatient prescriptions of community hospitals were selected,the use of antibiotics in the prescription was analyzed,we guided the use principle of antibiotics,and put forward the control points according to the reasons of unreasonable use of antibiotics.Results:Among the irrational drugs,5 cases(1.25%)were used repeatedly,21 cases(5.25%)were used with super indications,3 cases(0.75%)were used with unreasonable compatibility,and 18 cases(4.50%)were used with unreasonable dosage.The common antibiotics used in community hospitals were cefixime,azithromycin,cefdinir and clindamycin phosphate.Conclusion:According to the problem of irrational use of antibiotics,it was very important to standardize the use of drugs,to ensure the importance and rationality of drug use and to provide reliable guarantee for the safety of drug use for patients.
