浙江南部近海蟹类群落结构及其与环境因子的关系 被引量:10

Crab community structure and its relationship with environment factors in the offshore waters of southern Zhejiang Province

摘要 为了解浙江南部近海蟹类种类组成、多样性和群落结构与环境因子的关系,分别于2016年2月(冬季)、5月(春季)、8月(夏季)对该海域进行了底拖网调查,应用相对重要性指数(IRI)和生物多样性指数等方法研究该海域蟹类群落结构特征及季节变化。结果表明:调查海域渔获蟹类17种,隶属于4科6属,其中蟹类群落的优势种(IRI>100)为双斑蟳(Charybdis bimaculata)、三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)、银光梭子蟹(P.argentatus)、红星梭子蟹(P.sanguinolentus)、矛形梭子蟹(P.hastatoides)、锈斑蟳(C.feriatus)、长手隆背蟹(Carcinoplax longimanus),其中双斑蟳是绝对优势种(IRI>500);调查海域蟹类平均渔获质量为4.90 kg·h^-1,其中夏季(10.9 kg·h^-1)>春季(2.47 kg·h^-1)>冬季(1.26 kg·h^-1);蟹类群落物种丰富度指数(D)为0.00~1.22,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)为0.00~1.25,均匀度指数(J′)为0.07~1.00,冬季D最高,春季的H′和J′最高;冗余分析RDA排序结果表明,底层温度、底层溶解氧和盐度(表层与底层)是影响蟹类群落结构变化的主要环境因子。 The temporal variations in the crab community structure and diversity in the offshore waters of southern Zhejiang Province,East China Sea,were investigated using index of relative importance(IRI), species diversity index based on bottom trawl data from February to August of 2016.And the relations between community structure and hydrological environment factors were analyzed.It was found that a total of 17 crab species were identified, belonging to 6 genera in 4 families. The dominance species(IRI>100) were Charybdis bimaculata,Portunus trituberculatus,P. argentatus, P. sanguinolentus, P. hastatoides, C. feriatus,Carcinoplax longimanus. Among them, Charybdis bimaculata was the absolutely dominant species.The average catch mass of the crabs in the investigated sea area was 4.90 kg·h^-1, being 10.9 kg·h^-1 in summer>2.47 kg·h^-1 in spring >1.26 kg·h^-1 in winter. The Margalef richness index(D) was 0.00~1.22,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index( H′) was 0.00~1.25,and the Pielou evenness index(J′) was 0.07~1.00,Margalef species richness index D in winter was the highest, and H′ and J′ in crab community in spring were the highest. Based on redundancy analysis,bottom temperature,bottom dissolved oxygen, and salinity(surface and bottom) were the main environmental factors affecting crab community structure.The findings provide data to explore dominant species, diversity and the relations between community structure and hydrological environment factors.
