摘要
在“互联网+”的背景下,青年教师作为教育改革的主力军,要具有时代所需的信息化教学能力,信息化教学能力也是青年教师应具备的基本能力。学校要全面分析“互联网+”背景下青年教师在信息化教学能力存在的问题,探索提升青年教师职业能力的培养策略,加强青年教师信息化教学能力培养,以便更好地提高课堂教学质量。
In the context of"internet+"technology,it is necessary for young teachers as the major force of educational reform,to acquire an informationized teaching capability,one of their fundamental capabilities,needed by the time.To improve the quality of classroom teaching,a university should try to design effective strategies to develop the group's informationized teaching capability on the basis of an overall analysis of their problems in the field.
