摘要
故障处置预案是确保电网重大事故时正确处置的有力措施,细化故障处置预案的编制,提高其编制水平,直接关系到电网在重大故障时的安全稳定。文章阐述了在电网故障处置预案一体化管理平台支撑下,构建预案一体化管理模式,提升预案编制水平的新思路。
Fault disposal plan is an effective measure to ensure the correct handling of major accidents in power grid.It is directly related to the safety and stability of power grid in case of major faults by refining the preparation of fault disposal plan and improving its preparation level.Based on the integrated management platform of power grid fault disposal plan,this paper presents a new idea to build the integrated management mode and improve the level of preparation.
