摘要
为实现食用菌优质高效的工厂化生产,研究了基于物联网的食用菌环境智能控制系统,以提高食用菌工厂化生产效率。设计了XML格式的环境监测数据,采用无线感知终端采集环境数据并发送到服务器;采用RST-CD-016型PLC开发了设备控制柜;依据专家经验,采用定时和定量策略设计了食用菌的环境自动控制模型;开发了监控设备数据接入的Windows服务,采用B/S结构研发了PC端的管理系统,开发了Android系统下的移动控制软件。该系统环境感知信息数据传输平均丢包率为0.5%,系统既可采用设备控制柜手动控制厂房内设备,也可采用模型控制方式智能控制厂房内设备。
In order to achieve high-quality and efficient industrial production of edible fungi,we studied the intelligent control system of edible fungi environment based on the Internet of Things to improve the efficiency of industrial production of edible fungi.We designed the environmental monitoring data in XML format,collected the environmental data by wireless sensing terminal and sent it to the server.The equipment control cabinet was developed by RST-CD-016 PLC.According to the experience of experts,we designed the environment automatic control model of edible fungi by timing and quantitative strategy.The Windows service of monitoring equipment data access was developed.The intelligent monitoring software of PC was developed by using B/S structure,and the mobile of Android system was developed.The system’s environment-aware information data transmission average packet loss rate was 0.5%.The system could use the control cabinet to manually control the equipment in the plant,or use the model control method to intelligently control the equipment in the plant.
