关于转杯纺纱工艺相关参数的优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了改善转杯纺纱的成纱质量,选取长丝牵伸倍数、捻系数和转杯速度3个主要参数作为转杯纺涤纶长丝8.33 tex纱工艺的优化变量,选择断裂伸长率和条干不匀率作为响应变量;通过采用Box-Benhnken方法,建立预测回归模型,详细分析了各参数对成纱质量影响的显著性,利用Design-Expert软件优化后得到工艺参数的最优组合。指出:3个参数影响断裂伸长率和条干不匀率的主次排序分别为转杯速度大于长丝牵伸倍数大于捻系数;最优工艺参数组合为:长丝牵伸倍数为1.11、捻系数为450、转杯速度为131.4 kr/min。 In order to improve the yarn quality of rotor spinning,three main parameters namely filament drafting multiple,twist factor and rotor speed are selected as the optimization variables of spinning processes of rotor spinning polyester filament yarn 8.33 tex,and elongation at break and yarn unevenness are selected as the response variables.By adopting the Box-Benhnken method,the predictive regression model is established and the significance of the influence of each parameter on the yarn quality is analyzed.The optimal combination of process parameters is obtained after optimization by using the Design-Expert software.It is pointed out that the primary and secondary order of the three parameters influencing the elongation at break and the yarn unevenness is rotor speed is greater chan filament draft multiple and greater than twist factor.The optimal combination of process parameters:filament drafting multiple is 1.11,twist factor is 450,rotor speed is 131.4 kr/min.
