摘要
采用色母粒涤纶和黏胶纤维,通过对纤维的线密度和长度进行优选,结合毛纺的纺纱原理,以及通过设备改造和纺纱工艺研究,在棉纺设备上研发中长纤维纺制的涤纶与黏胶混纺高档仿毛纱线。详细介绍原料选择、工艺流程以及关键纺纱工序的参数设置,包括清花、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱工序。结果显示,所制面料的抗起毛起球性能得到较大改善,服装的性价比高、手感蓬松滑糯、易洗、易护理,产品的市场应用前景广阔。
Taking the consumers'demands as the guide,using color masterbatch polyester and viscose fiber as raw materials,through optimizing the linear density and length of the fiber,combining with the spinning principle of wool spinning,as well as through equipment modification and spinning process research,the high-grade polyester and viscose blended wool-like yarn with medium length fibers is developed on cotton spinning equipment. The selection of raw materials,technological process and parameter settings of key spinning processes,including picking,carding,drawing,roving and spinning processes,are introduced in detail.The results show that the antipilling properties of the fabrics have been greatly improved.The clothes made of the developed fabrics have high performance-price ratio,which are fluffy,slippery and easy to wash and care.The market application prospect of the products is broad.
