关于矿用液压支架连杆结构特性的分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析液压支架的结构组成特点,采用Solidworks软件及ANSYS软件,建立了连杆的三维模型及仿真模型,从应力变化、应变变化等方面,对连杆结构强度进行有限元仿真分析研究,结果表明,连杆前后两端的销轴在其使用过程中极易发生结构较大变形、开裂或断裂等失效现象,由此,提出了连杆的改进设计措施,以提高连杆的结构强度及增强液压支架的支撑效果。 Based on the analysis of the structure of the hydraulic support,the three-dimensional model and the simulation model of the connecting rod are established by using the Solidworks software and the ANSYS software,and the finite element simulation and analysis of the strength of the connecting rod are carried out from the aspects of stress change and strain change.The results show that,The pin shaft at the front and rear ends of the connecting rod is very easy to be deformed,cracked or broken during the use of the connecting rod,and therefore,the improved design measures of the connecting rod are put forward so as to improve the structural strength of the connecting rod and the supporting effect of the hydraulic support.
