师范生混合式教育实习模式的构建与实践——基于“互联网+工作坊”的视角 被引量:10

摘要 教育实习是培养师范生实践能力不可或缺的环节。教育实践质量不高是当前教师培养中的一个突出问题。为了强化师范生的教育实习指导,基于“互联网+”技术,将工作坊模式应用于师范生的教育实习指导,构建了“线上与线下相结合、集中研讨与分散实习相结合、大学老师与中学老师相结合、教师引领与同伴互助相结合、预设指导与问题驱动相结合”的“五结合”混合式教育实习模式。实践表明:混合式教育实习模式,为探索师范生教育实践的专业成长提供了一个样例,形成了大学教师、中学教师、实习生三位一体的学习共同体,记录了师范生专业成长的轨迹,汇聚了优秀的教学资源,建构了创生性资源平台,对提升师范生教育教学实践能力的培养有很好的示范作用。 Educational Practice is an indispensable part of training Normal Students’practical ability.The low quality of educational practice is a prominent problem in current teacher training.In order to strengthen Educational Practice guidance for normal students,Based on"Internet+"technology,Applying workshop mode to Educational Practice guidance for normal students,The"Five Combinations"Blended Educational Practice Mode is constructed:Combination of online and offline,Combination of focus on discussion and decentralized practice,Combination of university teachers and middle school teachers,The combination of teacher guidance and peer support,Combination of preset guidance and problem driving.Practice shows that Blended Educational Practice Mode,which provides an example for exploring the professional growth of Normal students’educational practice,which forming the Trinity learning community of university teachers,middle school teachers and teacher trainees,Recording the track of Normal University Students’professional growth,Bringing together excellent teaching resources;Constructing an innovative resource platform.It has a good demonstration role in improving the practical ability of normal students’education and teaching.
