摘要
从生产技术和黏结剂类型2个方面对国内外粉煤成型技术研究进展进行了总结梳理,重点分析了限制鲁奇气化用型煤研发的技术瓶颈,并结合研究现状从工业应用角度提出鲁奇气化用型煤研发展望。黏结剂+冷压成型+碳化过程将是有希望实现规模工业应用的可行路径,而开发适合碳化过程、廉价且具有调控型煤气化反应活性作用的黏结剂是研发工作的关键。
The research progress of pulverized coal forming technology at home and abroad was summarized from two aspects, production technology and applied binders. The technical requirements of briquette for Lurgi gasification and its development obstacle were discussed in detail as well.Furthermore, the development direction regarding to the enterprise application was proposed. Cold-press briquetting with binder plus carbonization process may be the most feasible pathway of developing briquette for Lurgi gasification. It is important to develop inexpensive binders that are not only suitable for the carbonization process but also capable of regulating gasification reaction of briquette.
