摘要 一系列以高浓度有机废水为主料,根据高聚物相似互溶、扩散渗透原理,基于高聚物交联(架桥)反应,使原来呈线状结构或轻度支链的天然高分子交联成三维空间网状结构的复合粘结剂。本系列复合粘结剂来源广,价格低,用于粉煤加工成型,基本不受煤种、配煤比、固硫剂的制约。其型煤冷热强度高,防潮抗水性好,脱硫固灰率高,易着火,能燃尽、不结焦,成本低,适用手工业和民用的清洁燃烧,能减轻SO_2、高浓度有机废水的污染及危害。 By using several kinds of high concentration organic waste water as main materials and the principle of mutural vadose solution of polymer compounds, the orginal Linear constuction or Lightly branch chain construction of natural polymer compounds can be changed into three dimensional net-construction of a special binding agent, which can be used for briuqette making from different kinds of coal or mixing coal with different proportions. The briquette made by using this kind of binding agent has the good properties of high strength in heat or cool state, moistureproof and water-proof, high rates of desulfurization and solid fixation. In addition it is easy to burn the briquette with high rate of burning and low rate of coking. The original materials of making the binding agent have many sources with large amount and low cost, so the costs of produing this kind of binding agent and the briquette both are low, it is applicable to inbustrial boileres, industial kilns, locmotixes and civil furnaces, civil stoves, so that the pollution of SO_2, smog and organic waste water can be abated.
