摘要
针对由一个制造商和供应商构成的两级供应链,且生产具有碳排放需求弹性的产品,构建随机需求下的利润模型,研究联合决策条件下最大利润及最小碳排放时的生产量及碳排放量。分析在分散决策时制造商如何利用收益共享契约,在不减少双方各自利润的前提下鼓励供应商加大减排投入额,进而降低供应链碳排放,最终达到双赢的目标。通过数值分析表明,不同条件下联合决策总是优于分散决策。最后,界定可行的利润分配比例范围并分析不同分配比例对制造商和供应商利润所造成的影响。
Based on the two-echelon supply chain which consists of one supplier and one producer,this paper studies the production quantity and carbon emission(CM)in the centralized supply chain with consideration of maximizing profit and minimizing CM under the product with CM elastic.The paper analyzes the method encouraging the supplier to reduce the CM by allocating producer profit to its supplier under the revenue sharing contract,finally achieve the goal of win-win that decrease the CM and remain the profit,the numerical analysis shows that the joint decision is always superior to the decentralized decision under different conditions.Finally,the paper defines the range of feasible profit distribution ratio and analyzes the influence of different distribution ratio on the profit of manufacturers and suppliers.
