港口作为国民经济的基础设施,其整体素质对国家经济的发展影响深远。国家加大港口基础设施投入力度并推动港口管理体制深度改革意义重大,是提升我国港口基础设施建设脚步的有效途径。随着现代经济的发展,人力资源的竞争在市场竞争方面有着举足轻重的作用。人才的规划是对人力资源配置的管理进行未来规划的过程,对于未来的挑战和要求是巨大的保障。
As the infrastructure of the national economy,the overall quality of the port has a far-reaching impact on the development of the national economy.Therefore,by increasing investment in the port infrastructure,promoting and deepening the reform of the port management system,the country has further accelerated the pace of infrastructure construction of the port.With the development of modern economy,the competition of human resources plays an important role in market competition.Talent planning is the process of future planning for the management of human resources allocation,and it is a huge guarantee for future challenges and requirements.
