摘要
基于海外露天金属矿山生产运营需要,提出一种矿山私有物联网系统设计和综合应用模型。该模型以移动及远距离、分散式设备数据采集、分析和利用为目标,具有总体设计、泛在连接、安全可靠等特点。同时,对模型中物联终端层和网络互联层进行详细说明,给出关键内容计算参考,并结合蒙育瓦铜矿实际应用予以对照说明,介绍了数据处理层相关应用情况。基于该方法设计的私有物联网系统,有利于促进海外数字矿山多种设施设备互联互通和信息共享,对露天金属矿山物联网建设具有一定参考意义。
A design of the private Internet of Things(IoT)system and its comprehensive application model are proposed based on the needs in production and operation of overseas open metal mine. The model is aiming at data collection,analysis and utilization of mobile,long-distance or decentralized devices,and has the characteristics of overall planning,ubiquitous connection,safety and reliability. At the same time,the things-connection terminal layer and network interconnection layer involved in the model are described in details,the key calculation is given as references. Based on the actual application in the Monywa Copper Mine in Myanma,the relevant application of the data processing layer are described. The private IoT system based on this method is conducive to promoting the interconnection and information sharing of various facilities and equipment in overseas digital mines,and has certain reference significance for the construction of IoT in open metal mines.
