装配式钢筋混凝土叠合梁受力性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用插筋的方法弥补叠合梁新旧混凝土界面处混凝土粘结强度的损失,是目前工程中常采用的方法。通过试验对比分析整体浇筑钢筋混凝土梁与采用插筋方法补强的叠合梁的承载能力、破坏模式、荷载-挠度曲线等受力性能试验结果表明采用插筋的叠合梁其破坏形态与整体浇筑梁相似,开裂荷载较整浇梁低7.5%,但极限承载力比整浇梁高2%,由于插筋增大了叠合梁的配箍率,梁的延性较整体浇筑梁有较大提高-研究成果可为叠合梁的计算及叠合梁新旧混凝土界面的构造处理提供参考。 The method of ribbing is used to compensate for the loss of the bond strength of the composite beam concrete,which is a method often used in engineering.In this paper,the bearing performance,failure mode and load-deflection curve of the integrally cast reinforced concrete beam and the composite beam were analyzed and compared.The test results showed that the failure mode of the composite beam with ribbing is similar to that of the whole pouring beam.The cracking load is 7.5% lower than that of the whole pouring beam,but the ultimate bearing capacity is 2% higher than that of the whole pouring beam.Due to the increased reinforcement ratio,the ductility of the laminated beam is greatly improved compared to the overall pouring beam.The research results can provide experience for the calculation of laminated beams and the construction of laminated beams.
