摘要
以肯尼亚内马铁路工程为背景,介绍一种新型的可应用于框架涵施工的自动一体化全液压模板系统。着重对该系统结构设计、工作原理、施工应用等做深入研究,该系统可实现涵洞整体浇筑,模板系统整体移动,对涵洞数量较多且结构尺寸差别不大的道路及铁路工程有一定的指导与实践价值,与传统模板施工方法相比,可提高施工效率与施工质量。
Taking Neima Railway project in Kenya as the background,a new type of automatic integrated hydraulic formwork system which can be used in frame culvert construction is introduced. This article focuses on the system structure design,working principle,construction and application of such aspects as done in-depth research,the system can realize culvert integral pouring,the formwork system as a whole,which has a certain guidance and practical value to the large number of culvert and structure size difference of the road and rail project. Compared with the traditional formwork construction method,it can improve the efficiency of construction and construction quality.
