摘要
某火力发电厂135MW机组2Crl2MoV钢低压末级叶片进汽边出现大量密集裂纹,通过成分、力学性能、金相检验以及断口形貌的分析,认为高频淬火硬化工艺致使低压末级叶片进汽边表面硬化区域完全淬透,淬火相变组织应力较高,塑性功低,是叶片产生裂纹的主要原因。
The fracture reason of the blade is analyzed by chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties test,metallurgical structure observation and fracture analysis.The result shows that the main reason is the reinforced zone at steam-inlet side of the low pressure last stage blades due to complete quenching,a hardened zone being formed,having higher stress in the phase-changed structure and having lower plastic work.
