摘要
采用电火花表面强化和喷丸强化两种表面强化方法改变40Cr钢的表面完整性,用盐雾腐蚀试验和阳极极化试验评定了试样的耐磨性。结果表明,两种表面强化方法改善了试样的表层显微组织并且产生了残余应力和裂纹缺陷。喷丸强化使耐腐蚀性降低,电火花表面强化使耐腐蚀性大大提高;电火花表面强化试样的耐腐蚀性明显高于加工、喷丸强化试样的耐腐蚀性。
The changes of surface integrality caused by electrical discharge strengthening and shot peening were investigated and their influences on corrosion resistance of 40Cr steel were determined. Corrosion resistance of specimens was evaluated by 500 h salt spray testing on normal atmospheric temperature and by electrochemical performance. The results show that the microscopic structure of the specimens' surface improves; the residual stress and microscopic crack are created after electrical discharge strengthening and shot peening on 40Cr steel. The corrosion resistance of the shot-peened specimens is lower than the corresponding corrosion resistance of the unstrengthened specimens and the corrosion resistance of the electrical discharge strengthened specimens is obviously higher than that of the unstrengthened specimens and the shot-peened specimens.
