摘要
随着经济的快速发展,我国企业在市场环境中的竟争愈发激烈。而对于企业来讲,人力资源管理是企业发展的核心要素,对于企业的发展具有很重要的作用和意义,对于提升企业价值、增加企业的经济效益、提高企业在市场竞争中的核心地位等方面都起着至关重要的作用。因此,我们有必要对人力资源管理中的医疗保险工作进行研究,从基础上为企业员工做出保障,进而更有益于激发企业员工的积极性,为企业创造更多的价值。
With the rapid development of economy,the competition of Chinese enterprises in the market environment is increasingly fierce.For enterprises,human resource management is the core element and plays an important role and significance in the development of enterprises.It plays a vital role in enhancing the value of enterprises,increasing the economic benefits of enterprises,and improving the core position of enterprises in the market competition.Therefore,it is necessary for us to study the medical insurance work in human resources management,to guarantee the employees of enterprises on the basis of it,and then to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees of enterprises and create more value for enterprises.
