摘要
为完善社会保障体系,保障职工的基本医疗,要结合实际,加强人力资源基本医疗保险管理。职工医疗保险费由用人单位和职工共同缴纳,参保人员缴费年限由视同缴费年限和实际缴费年限构成。用人单位和参保人员个人缴纳的职工医疗保险费构成职工医疗保险基金,职工医疗保险基金分为统筹基金和个人账户。
In order to perfect the social security system and guarantee the basic medical care for employees,we should strengthen the management of basic medical insurance of human resources in light of reality.The medical insurance premium of the employee is paid by the employing unit and the employee jointly,and the number of years paid by the insured person is composed of the same number of years of payment and the actual number of years of payment.The employee medical insurance premium paid by the employer and the insured individual constitutes the occupational medical insurance fund.The occupational medical insurance fund is divided into a general fund and an individual account.
