早孕期系统胎儿超声结构筛查诊断胎儿异常的价值

摘要 目的探究在对早孕期胎儿进行产前检查时,应用系统产前超声筛查对于胎儿异常诊断中的效果,分析其临床应用意义。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2019年4月间该院接受产检的孕妇一般资料,在整理和分析后选择40例孕妇进行该次实验,所有产妇在确认为胎儿畸形并进行人工流产,终止妊娠后,对所有产妇的早孕期系统胎儿超声结构检查资料进行,所有产妇均为11~13孕周进行检查。分析超声结构筛查对胎儿异常进行诊断的准确性。结果该次研究结果中显示,在早孕期系统胎儿超声结构筛查中,40例孕妇中,其诊断出胎儿异常例数为40例,其检出率为100.00%。同时在诊断过程中,对于不同异常状况的胎儿进行诊断,均能够获得较好的诊断结果。结论在对胎儿进行早期诊断时,早孕期系统产前超声检查能够有助于筛选出大部分异常胎儿,并且在对胎儿的异常进行分析时能够确认出胎儿的具体异常状况,对于现代临床优生支持来说有积极意义,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal ultrasound screening on fetal abnormal diagnosis in the prenatal examination of the fetus in early pregnancy,and to analyze its clinical application significance.Methods The general data of pregnant women who received the examination from January 2012 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.After the arrangement and analysis,40 pregnant women were selected for this experiment.All the women were confirmed to be fetal malformations and abortion was performed.After termination of pregnancy,all the maternal early pregnancy system fetal ultrasound structural examination data were performed,and all women were examined at 11 to 13 weeks of gestation.Analyze the accuracy of ultrasound structure screening for the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Results The results of this study showed that in the systemic ultrasound screening of fetal system in early pregnancy,40 cases of the 40 pregnant women were diagnosed with abnormal fetal cases,and the detection rate was 100.00%.At the same time,in the diagnosis process,the diagnosis of the fetus with different abnormal conditions can obtain better diagnosis results.Conclusion In the early diagnosis of the fetus,prenatal ultrasound examination in early pregnancy can help to screen out most abnormal fetuses,and can confirm the specific abnormal conditions of the fetus when analyzing the abnormalities of the fetus.For modern clinical eugenics support,it is positive and worth promoting.
