轨道车辆钩缓系统结构健康监测中的环境补偿 被引量:1

摘要 钩缓系统作为轨道交通车辆的重要部件,为保证车辆稳定运行,可通过超声结构健康监测来评估其健康状况及使用寿命。在工程应用中,超声Lamb波易受外界环境因素干扰导致超声信号发生较大波动,进而引发结构健康监测系统出现误判现象,严重影响在线监测结果的准确性。为了保证轨道交通车辆结构健康监测系统监测结果的稳定性与准确性,本文提出了一套适用于钩缓系统超声结构健康监测的环境补偿方案。在实验室环境下,利用加入了环境补偿方案的结构健康监测系统对钩缓系统进行了长期监测,在车钩健康状态及模拟损伤状态下的实验结果均表明该环境补偿方案能完全抑制系统内部的电气干扰信号和外界噪声对监测结果的影响,能有效降低监测结果对环境温度的依赖性。 The health status of railcar coupler system is one of the most important factors to insure the safe operation of rail transit vehicles.Structural health monitoring(SHM)based on Lamb wave can be used to evaluate the health condition and service life of the vehicle to ensure its stable operation.In practice,Lamb wave signal is susceptible to environmental factors,and will fluctuate with the change of environment,which will cause false alarm and affect the accuracy of the system.In order to improve the stability and accuracy of SHM system for railcar coupler,an environmental compensation method is developed to solve this problem.Under laboratory conditions,the environment compensation method to SHM system is used to monitor the health condition of railcar coupler for a long time.The result demonstrates that the compensation can effectively remove impacts of crosstalk and noise,and also reduce the temperature effect to the measurement result.
