摘要
目的比较乳腺良恶性肿块诊断中钼靶X线摄影、MRI应用的不同价值。方法以2017年6月—2019年6月79例乳腺肿块患者为对象,全部患者均接受钼靶X线摄影、MRI检查,以手术病理结果为对照,分析两种方法对于良恶性肿块的诊断结果。结果钼靶X线对于乳腺良、恶性肿块的诊断准确度为73.42%,特异度为88.89%,敏感度为52.94%。MRI对于乳腺良、恶性肿块的诊断准确度为89.87%,特异度为93.33%,敏感度为85.29%。两种方法联合对于乳腺良、恶性肿块的诊断准确度为96.20%,特异度为95.56%,敏感度为97.06%。结论钼靶X线摄影与MRI诊断乳腺良恶性肿块均有一定价值,但联合应用两种方法能够获得更高的诊断效能。
Objective To compare the different values of mammography and MRI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods A total of 79 patients with breast masses from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled.All patients underwent mammography and MRI.The surgical pathology was used as a control to analyze the diagnosis of benign and malignant masses.Results The diagnostic accuracy of mammography for the benign and malignant breast masses was 73.42%,the specificity was 88.89%,and the sensitivity was 52.94%.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for benign and malignant breast masses was 89.87%,the specificity was 93.33%,and the sensitivity was 85.29%.The combined accuracy of the two methods for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses was 96.20%,the specificity was 95.56%,and the sensitivity was 97.06%.Conclusion Mammography and MRI have certain value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors,but the combination of the two methods can achieve higher diagnostic efficiency.
