摘要
文中对石家庄炼化分公司1.2 Mt/a重整装置自开工以来预加氢压力降增大的原因进行了分析。通过不断的优化原料流程,强化原料管理,实施了技术改进措施,解决了困扰重整装置预加氢压力降增大的问题,实现了装置的长周期运转。
This paper analyzed the reasons for pressure drop increase of prehydrogenation section in 1.2 Mt/a plaforming unit of Shijiazhuang Petrochemical Company.Through continuous optimization of material flow,enhancing raw material management,the implementation of the technical improvement measures,the problems of increase of prehydrogenation pressure drop in plaforming unit were solved and the long-term plant operation were realized.
