摘要
分析了陕西延长石油集团炼化公司延安石油化工厂1.2 Mt/a连续重整装置预加氢系统压力降大的原因,针对循环氢压缩机多次故障停机导致的非正常停工;装置频繁提量、降量;原料中杂质硫和氯含量高、溶解氧含量高;原料中掺炼二次加工油引起压力降增大等问题,提出了加强职工培训,提高操作水平;加强循环氢压缩机机组的特别维护,减少非计划停工;避免装置低空速运行;增加除氧设施;原料不掺炼或少掺炼粗汽油等对策。通过以上措施,尤其是热力除氧设施建成投用后,有效地抑制了预加氢系统压力降的增长速度,由以前的每10天增长0.06 MPa降为每10天增长0.004 MPa,避免了预加氢反应器频繁换剂、撇头,为装置的平稳长周期运行奠定了坚实的基础。
The causes of greater pressure drop in the pre-hydrotreating unit of a 1.2 MM TPY continuous catalytic reforming unit in the petrochemical plant of Refining & Chemical Company of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co. were studied and found to be the unscheduled shutdown of recycle hydrogen compressor, frequent increasing and decreasing of unit' s processing capacity, higher impurity S, C1 and dissolved oxygen in the feedstock and blending of heavy oil of secondary processing into the feedstock. The following coun- termeasures were proposed, such as strengthening of operators' training to improve unit operation, good main- tenance of recycle hydrogen compressor to minimize unscheduled shutdown, avoiding unit operation at a low space velocity, addition of de-aeration facilities, minimized or no blending of wild naphtha into the feedstock, etc. The implementation of above measures especially the commissioning of thermal deaeration facilities have effectively reduced the pressure drop increase in pre-hydrotreating unit from 0.06 MPa per 10 days to 0.04 MPa per 10 days. No frequent catalyst replacement and skimming of pre-hydrotreating unit are required and good conditions are provided for the long-term reliable operation of the unit.
