摘要
为研究盾构施工过程中对地层变形的影响,依托长沙地铁4号线盾构隧道工程,通过现场实测和数值模拟,对盾构近接施工引起的地层变形规律进行了分析。研究结果表明:在盾构隧道施工引起土体竖向变形方面,从地表到地层一定深度内,均呈现沉降槽的形状。同时,随着深度的增加,沉降槽的形状越来越窄、越深,并在距隧道拱顶1.5倍隧道洞径时,土层沉降趋势逐渐减小,隧道中心两侧土体发生略微的隆起变形。在水平变形方面,从地表到地层一定深度内,隧道两侧土体均向隧道中心发生收敛变形。但随着深度的逐渐增加,注浆压力的作用会使得盾构隧道附近岩土体受到挤压而发生远离隧道中心方向的变形。
In order to study the deformation of deep soil during shield construction,based on the shield construction project of Changsha metro Line 4,the deformation law of deep soil caused by the shield construction is analyzed by field measurement and numerical simulation.The results show that in the aspect of soil vertical deformation due to shield tunnel construction,from the surface to a certain depth of stratum,the shape of the vertical deformation from settling tank is constructed.At the same time,with the increase of depth,the shape of the settling tank is more and more narrow and deeper.In addition,when the diameter from the tunnel vault to the tunnel diameter is 1.5 times,the soil settlement trend gradually decreases,and the soil on both sides of the tunnel center has a slight uplift deformation.In terms of horizontal deformation,from the surface to a certain depth of the stratum,the soil mass on both sides of the tunnel converges to the center of the tunnel.However,with the gradual increase of depth,due to the influence of shield grouting,the deformation direction changes,which causes the rock and soil near the shield tunnel to be squeezed and deformation far away from the tunnel center.
