摘要
通过射击试验对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)座钣的承载性能进行了研究,采用ABAQUS建立了CFRP座钣-土壤耦合有限元模型,分析了装药量和射角对CFRP座钣力学响应的影响.仿真和试验结果具有良好的一致性,验证了该有限元模型的合理性.综合分析表明:CFRP座钣的强度、刚度基本满足使用要求;当射角相同时,CFRP座钣的最大应力值和最大位移值随着装药量的增加而增加;当装药量相同时,CFRP座钣的最大应力值和最大位移值随着射角的增加而减小.
The bearing performance of carbon fibre reinforced plastics(CFRP)base plate was studied by live firing tests.The coupled finite element model of CFRP base plate and soil was established by ABAQUS.The influence of the powder charge quantity and firing angle on the mechanical responses of CFRP base plate was analyzed.The simulation results were in good agreement with the test results,which verified the rationality of the finite element model.Comprehensive analysis showed that the strength and stiffness of CFRP base plate basically could meet the requirements of application.When the firing angle is the same,the maximum stress and displacement of CFRP base plate increase with the increase of the powder charge quantity.When the powder charge quantity is the same,the maximum stress and displacement of CFRP base plate decrease with the increase of the firing angle.
