摘要 以3312型环氧树脂为基体,3K-T300、12K-T300、24K-T300碳纤维为增强体,通过树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺制备碳纤维环氧树脂基复合材料,对RTM工艺参数进行优化,得出最优的注射速度与注射压力,分别对三种碳纤维复合材料进行力学性能检测。结果表明:注射压力为2.5MPa﹑注射速度为40mL/min时,RTM工艺参数最佳;以3K-T300为增强体的碳纤维复合板的拉伸强度和拉伸模量最大,达到了459.17MPa和13083.96MPa;以24K-T300为增强体的碳纤维复合板平均弯曲强度和弯曲模量最高,达到了710.65MPa和67753.15MPa。 In this experiment,3312 epoxy resin was used as matrix,3K-T300,12K-T300,24K-T300 carbon fiber were used as reinforcement.And carbon fiber epoxy resin matrix composites were prepared by resin transfer molding(RTM).The RTM process was optimized to obtain the optimal injection speed and injection pressure.The mechanical properties of three kinds of carbon fiber composites were tested.The results show that the RTM process parameters are the best when the injection pressure is 2.5MPa and the injection speed is 40mL/min;the maximum tensile strength and modulus of carbon fiber composite board with 3K-T300 as reinforcement are 459.17MPa and 13083.96MPa;the average bending strength and bending modulus of carbon fiber composite board with 24K-T300 as reinforcement are 710.65MPa and 67753.15MPa respectively.
