摘要
为改进5MDZJ-380-1400型青毛豆脱荚机的设计,以人工脱荚为对照,开展脱荚效果对比试验。试验结果表明:人工脱荚和机械脱荚都存在脱不净损失问题,二者的损伤率分别为10%和27.34%;机械脱荚的挤压损伤﹤撕裂损伤﹤折裂损伤﹤缝合线损伤﹤向轴损伤。
In order to improve the design of pod removal machine of 5MDZJ-380-1400 green soybean,the pod removal effect was compared with that of manual pod removal.The results showed that both artificial and mechanical pod removal had the problem of net loss of pod removal,and the damage rates of them were 10% and 27.34%respectively.Extrusion damage less than tearing damage less than cracking damage less than axial damage of mechanical pod removal.
