摘要
本文设计了一种连续式青大豆脱荚机。该机通过互成一定角度的上、下脱荚辊的旋转拍捋作用,能够在一次脱荚作业过程中完成豆荚与茎杆的分离、杂质的清理工作。文中对各工序主要装置的设计进行了简述,并在武汉市蔡甸区青大豆丰产地对样机的主要性能指标进行了测试,实测的各项指标为生产率303kg/h,脱净率≥98%,破碎率≤3%,清洁度≥90%。结果表明,该机能够完成青大豆脱荚作业,各项指标均达到了设计标准。
This text designed a kind of green soybean huller. The machine could finish the'processes of separating pods and pole and cleaning of impurities with patting of the upper and lower rotary hulling roller. The designs on main devices of these processes were introduced. Field tests were done to measure the main performance indexes of a prototype. The results were that productivity was 312kg/h, removing rate ≥98%, broken rate ≤3%, cleanliness ≥90%. The results showed that this prototype could finish the green soybean hulling operation, and all main parameters reached their design requirements.
