中国省际高技术产业非竞争型投入产出表编制及应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究目标:编制与应用省际高技术产业非竞争型投入产出表。研究方法:基于国内外相关研究成果,尝试从最终产出视角编制省际高技术产业非竞争型投入产出表,通过测算高技术产业源自进口、省内和省外的增加值率,分析最终产出对不同来源中间投入的依赖性,进而剖析参与全球和国内价值链分工程度。在此基础上,设计就业拉动力指数并利用空间关联模型测度高技术产业不同来源增加值率对不同类型劳动力就业带来的影响。研究发现:增加值率测度结果显示各省份高技术产业最终产出对省内自身、省外其他地区以及进口的中间投入依赖程度差异较大,高技术产业参与全球价值链和国内价值链分工侧重有所不同,国内价值链的作用日益显著。参与全球和国内价值链分工对高技术产业就业均产生正向影响,但各省份拉动力大小存在差异,就业空间关联性整体不强。研究创新:编制省际非竞争型投入产出表,通过测度最终产出不同来源增加值率分析高技术产业参与全球和国内价值链分工程度,并进一步从拉动力和空间关联角度分析其产生的就业效应。研究价值:从省际视角丰富了高技术产业最终产出不同来源贡献大小的相关文献,同时刻画了其对不同技能劳动力就业的影响,为相关政策的制定与改革提供有益参考。 Research Objectives:Compile and apply the interprovincial non-competitive input-output table of High-tech industry.Research Methods:Based on relevant results,this paper establishes the interprovincial non-competitive input-output table from the perspective of final output.In order to analyze the dependence of final output on intermediate inputs from different sources and the participation in GVCs and NVCs,it estimates changes in the value-added rate of different sources inside and outside of provinces as well as imports of high-tech industries.Then,the indicators employment pull indicator is constructed and spatial correlation model is established to analyze the effect of different sources value-added rates of high-tech industry on employment.Research Findings:[JP2]The value-added rates and spatial distribution show that there is a great difference in the dependence on intermediate inputs from inter-province,outer-province and import for high-tech industries in different provinces(regions).Therefore,high-tech industries participation in GVCs and NVCs is different.The role of the NVCs is becoming[JP]more important.Participation in GVCs and NVCs has a positive impact on employment in high-tech industries.However,Employment effects vary by province(region).The overall spatial correlation of employment is not strong.Research Innovations:Based on the interprovincial non-competitive input-output table,it analyzes the high-tech industries participation in GVCs and NVCs by measuring the value-added rates of final output from different sources,and further analyzes the employment pull dynamic effect and spatial correlation effect.Research Value:Enriches the related literature on the contribution of different sources in high-tech industries from the provincial perspective.Characterizes high-tech industries role in the employment of labor force with different technical capabilities.Provides useful reference for the relevant policy reform.
