摘要
加强医院知识产权管理,对于优化科技资源整合、挖掘潜在技术竞争力、推动医院创新、科学发展意义重大。该文主要阐述了基于专利分析的高校附属医院科技创新溢出效应研究的必要性,专利、专利分析、溢出效应等概念内涵,国内外研究现状,高校附属医院专利管理的现状及前期研究基础,专利分析法在医院专利管理中的应用以及溢出效应在医院专利成果中的体现与应用这几个方面的内容,力争为基于专利分析的高校附属医院科技创新溢出效应研究提供科学可靠的理论基础。
The development level of hospital intellectual property is more and more important in the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals.Its comprehensive strength is not only reflected in the level of medical technology it possesses,but more importantly,the level of scientific research in hospitals and the ability of scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,how to use the hospital's intellectual property capital for medical technology innovation is crucial to improving the hospital's technological innovation capability.Strengthening hospital intellectual property management is of great significance to optimizing the integration of scientific and technological resources,mining potential technological competitiveness,promoting hospital innovation and scientific development.This article mainly elaborated the university affiliated hospital based on patent analysis the necessity of research on the spillover effect of technology innovation,patents,patent analysis,spillover effects,such as concept connotation,research status at home and abroad,the present situation of university affiliated hospital patent management and prophase research basis,in the application of hospital patent management and patent analysis spillover effects in the embodiment and application of hospital patent achievements of these a few respects content,strive to based on patent analysis university affiliated hospital of scientific and technological innovation spillovers studies provide scientific and reliable theoretical basis.
