摘要
随着人工智能技术和医疗器械产业的不断融合发展,医疗器械不断朝着自动化与智能化的方向发展,人工智能医疗器械也随之不断发展。本研究采用趋势分析法、主题分析法、聚类分析法等定量定性分析方法对我国人工智能医疗器械行业的专利申请现状进行分析,以了解人工智能医疗器械的创新发展情况及不足。本研究发现,我国人工智能医疗器械专利申请大体上呈现增长趋势,自2016年起处于快速成长阶段;北京、广东、上海、江苏、浙江申请的中国人工智能医疗器械专利较多,其中广东省自2016年以来增长迅速;我国人工智能医疗器械专利主要侧重于医学图像获取处理分析、辅助诊断和深度学习算法;企业和高校科研院所是专利申请的主要机构,主要申请人中高校科研院所占多数,应加强与企业在该领域的交流合作,以促进专利成果的转化。
With the accelerated integration and innovation of artificial intelligence technology in the field of medical devices,medical devices continue to develop in the direction of automation and intelligence,so that artificial intelligence medical devices also continue to develop.This paper uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,such as time trend analysis,thematic analysis and cluster analysis to analyze the current status of patent applications in China's artificial intelligence medical device industry,in order to understand the innovation,development and shortcomings of artificial intelligence medical devices.This paper finds that the Chinese artificial intelligence medical device patent applications generally show an increasing trend and are in a stage of rapid growth after 2016;Beijing,Guangdong,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang have applied for many Chinese artificial intelligence medical device patents,of which Guangdong Province has increased most rapidly since 2016;the Chinese artificial intelligence medical device patents mainly focus on medical image acquisition,processing and analysis,auxiliary diagnosis and deep learning algorithms;Chinese enterprises and scientific research institutes are the main institutions for patent applications,and the majority of the main applicants are scientific research institutes,which should strengthen cooperation with enterprises in this field to promote the transformation of patent achievements.
