摘要
将流动性和间隙通过性作为评价新拌清水自密实混凝土工作性能的指标,文中研究了各种掺量对其工作性能的影响。结果表明,当10~20 mm和5~10 mm的粗集料混合比例为7∶3时最佳;工作性能随着粗集料体积率的上升而下降;随着砂体积率和矿物掺合料的增加,工作性能先增加后下降,当砂体积率、矿粉、粉煤灰掺量分别为0.44,25%和20%时,自密实混凝土工作性能最优。
Fluidity and gap passing performance were tested as indexes to evaluate the workability of freshly mixed fair-faced self-compacting concrete,and the effects of admixture amount on the workability were studied.The results show that the workability is the best when the coarse aggregate mixing ratio of 10~20 mm and 5~10 mm is 7∶3,and the workability decreases with the increase of the volume ratio of coarse aggregates.With the increase of sand volume ratio and mineral admixture content,the workability increases first and then decreases.When the volume ratio of sand,the content of GGBS and fly ash are 0.44,25%and 20%respectively,the workability is optimal.
