摘要
介绍弧形彩色混凝土造型建筑的配合比及施工技术应用探索。彩色混凝土的色彩是由于在原材料上增添了颜料,而颜料的掺入也影响了混凝土的强度,因此需要在普通混凝土配合比基础上,调整胶凝材料的组成和用量。经过不断试验探索,所得配合比在同等级下的彩色混凝土和普通混凝土,28d强度基本相同。在施工工艺上,通过对模板的选择和安装、圆弧模板的曲率控制,保证弧形混凝土墙的成形效果,并对混凝土的成形质量要求和模板施工质量通病进行分析总结,以供类似工程参考。
This paper introduces the mix proportion and construction technology application exploration of arc-shaped color concrete buildings.The color of colored concrete is due to the addition of pigments to raw materials,and the addition of pigments also affects the strength of concrete.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the composition and dosage of cementitious materials on the basis of the mix proportion of ordinary concrete.After continuous experimental exploration,the 28d strength of color concrete and ordinary concrete with the same mix proportion at the same grade is basically the same.In terms of construction technology,through the selection and installation of formwork and the curvature control of arc formwork,the forming effect of arc concrete wall is guaranteed,and the forming quality requirements of concrete and the common problems of formwork construction quality are analyzed and summarized for reference to similar projects.
