摘要
目的基于文献数据挖掘的方式,收集近10年文献中治疗房颤的中药,探讨房颤的中医用药规律。方法将收集所得175个处方,运用频数分析、因子分析、聚类分析、关联规则进行数据挖掘,探讨其潜在的用药规律。结果频数分析显示共涉及药物162味,使用频次≥10次的中药有31味;聚类分析和因子分析反映了益气养阴、补血活血、散瘀止痛、祛痰除湿的治疗方法;关联规则体现本病治疗大法当以补虚为主,同时兼顾活血、安神。结论房颤的基本病机为本虚标实,治疗当以补虚为主,兼顾活血化瘀、祛痰除湿、安神定志等治疗方法。
Objective:To collect the traditional Chinese medicine for AF in the past ten years,and to explore its rule,based on the method of literature data mining. Methods:175 collected prescriptions were mined by frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and association rules to explore their potential drug use patterns.Results:Frequency analysis showed that 162 drugs were involved,and 31 of them were used more than 10 times.Cluster analysis and factor analysis reflected the treatment methods of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,invigorating blood and promoting blood circulation,dispersing blood stasis and relieving pain,eliminating phlegm and removing dampness. The association rules show that the treatment of this disease should be based on tonifying deficiency,and at the same time,give consideration to promoting blood circulation and calming nerves. Conclusion:The basic pathogenesis of AF is deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity. The treatment should be based on tonifying deficiency,taking into account the treatment methods of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and removing dampness,calming the mind and calming the mind.
