高效液相色谱法快速测定食用植物油中苯并(a)芘的研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文研究了食用植物油中苯并(a)芘的高效液相色谱检测法。用乙腈作为样品中苯并(a)芘的提取液,采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器测定,外标峰面积法定量。结果表明,苯并(a)芘在0.5-20 ng/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997。在空白样品中添加0.2μg/kg、5.0μg/kg、10.0μg/kg三个水平苯并(a)芘的回收率为95.8-101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.72-10.13%,检出限为0.2μg/kg。本方法适用于食用植物油中苯并(a)芘的检测。 Determination of benzo(a)pyrene in edible vegetable oil by high performance liquid chromatography was researched in this paper.Benzo(a)pyrene in sample was extracted by acetonitrile.The compound was analysis by HPLC-FLD,and quantitation by external standard method.The results showed that the linear relationship of benzo(a)pyrene in the concentration range of 0.5-20 ng/mL was good,the correlation coefficient was 0.9997,and the recovery rate was between 95.8-101.3%at the three levels of standard of 0.2μg/kg、5.0μg/kg、10.0μg/kg added to the blank sample.The relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 1.72-0.13%,the limit of detection was 0.2μg/kg.This method has a good applicability to the determination ofbenzo(a)pyrene in edible vegetable oil.
