摘要
本研究基于教师专业化发展理论,对老年教育教师专业化发展的内涵进行阐释,分析老年教育教师专业发展维度及其发展途径。同时以广州老年开放大学教师队伍为样本,探讨老年教育教师队伍建设中存在的主要问题,提出了推进老年教育教师队伍建设的策略。
Under the background of actively responding to the aging population and accelerating the development of geriatric education,the construction of teachers for the aged education in China has increasingly become a bottleneck in the development of geriatric education.In order to improve the construction level of teachers in senior education,this study,based on the theory of teacher professional development,explains the connotation of professional development of teachers in geriatric education,and analyses the dimensions of professional development of teachers in education for the aged and the ways to improve it.At the same time,taking the teaching staff in Guangzhou Open University for the aged as the study sample,combining with the survey data,combining the case study with the logical analysis method,this paper explores the key problems in the construction of the teaching staff of the aged education,and then puts forward the strategies to promote the construction of the teaching staff of the education for the elderly.
