摘要 基于球差的模型及数值计算方法,结合CCD图像传感器和计算机图形识别技术,建立了凸透镜成像球差的快速定量测量方法,通过分别测量非傍轴光线及傍轴光线的会聚位置得到透镜球差. Based on numerical calculation and spherical aberration model,combined with CCD imaging sensor and computer graphic recognition technology,a method was established to rapidly and quantitatively measure the spherical aberration of convex lens by measuring the focal spot positions of non-paraxial ray and paraxial ray.
