摘要 简要阐述了超临界流体萃取技术的原理及优越性,介绍了近年来其在中草药有效成分提取中的应用研究成果,包括油脂、萜类和挥发油、黄酮类、苯丙素类、生物碱类、皂苷及多糖、醌类化合物等。说明了其相对于传统工艺的优势及作用,并分析了该技术目前工业化应用仍存在的问题,期望能对其进一步的研究和应用提供参考。 The principle and superiority of supercritical fluid extraction are briefly described.The applied research results in the extraction of active components from Chinese herbal medicine in recent years are reviewed,including oils,terpenoids and volatile oils,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,alkaloids,saponins and polysaccharides,quinones and so on.The advantages and functions of the technology relative to the traditional technology are explained,and the problems still exist in the industrial application of the technology is analyzed,which is expected to provide reference for the further research and application of the technology.
