基于行车舒适性评价的路面错台养护措施研究 被引量:3

摘要 错台是普通水泥混凝土路面病害的重要组成形式,其产生将大大威胁行车舒适及安全,加速路面结构的破坏,需对其进行养护,但目前缺乏精准性养护策略。因而,论文从行车舒适性角度出发,基于车辆振动理论,建立车辆振动模型,利用传递矩阵法求解振动方程,结合Matlab编程获得车辆经过错台时驾驶员行车加速度时程曲线,对其行车舒适性进行评价,并分析行车速度、错台量、坡度变化等因素对行车舒适性的影响,进而对错台病害养护策略展开分析,提出精准化养护措施。研究结果表明:车辆以60km/h的速度经过错台量为1cm、坡度变化为4%的病害区域时,驾驶员加速度最大达到5.5m/s^2,加权加速度均方根值为2.06m/s^2,舒适性评价为"特别不舒适";行车速度、错台量、坡面变化均对行车舒适性影响较大。因而,基于行车舒适性评价确定水泥混凝土路面错台病害养护策略时,路面设计速度、错台量、错台引起的路面坡度变化应重点关注。 Fault is an important form for the distresses of common cement concrete pavement,which will greatly threaten the driving comfort and safety,accelerate the destruction of pavement structure,which needs to be maintained but lack of precision maintenance strategy at present.Therefore,based on the driving comfort and the theory of vehicle vibration,vehicle vibration model is established,the vibration equation is solved by the transfer matrix method,the time history curve of driving acceleration is obtained combined with Matlab software,and its driving comfort is evaluated.Then the influence factors of the driving speed,fault height and the change of slope size are analyzed,the defects maintenance strategy are studied,and the precise maintenance measures are put forward.The results show that when the vehicle passed through the fault with a displacement of 1 cm and a slope size change of 4% at a speed of 60 km/h,the driver’s acceleration reaches up to 5.5 m/s^2,the weighted root-mean-square value of acceleration is 2.06 m/s^2,and the comfort is evaluated as"particularly uncomfortable".There are great influence on the driving comfort for the influence factors of driving speed,fault height and the change of slope size.Therefore,the above influence factors shall be drawn close attention when the precise maintenance strategy of cement concrete pavement fault is formulated based on the evaluation of driving comfort.
